A necessary first step in creating a company is a plan spelling out the entrepreneur’s vision and defining critical steps necessary to accomplish the intended results. The Strategic Plan will evaluate risks and rewards. This will be the road map for the company’s immediate and long-term future.

Direct Capital Investment

The Strategic Plan will also enumerate capital needs necessary to take the company forward. Capital would be required for both organizational needs as well as to seed an acquisition program. RPVC will offer direct capital investments in partnership with its clients.

Capital formation and Deal Structuring

RPVC will provide essential advice in structuring transactions with private and/or institutional equity and debt providers to maximize effective capital raising and ultimate value-creation for its operating partners. Further, RPVC’s role in the company will add necessary credibility to access a wide variety of potential capital sources.
